By accessing or using Genuine Empire AI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

Description of Service

Genuine Empire AI provides an AI-powered receptionist service that:

• Answers incoming phone calls on behalf of your business
• Schedules appointments and manages your calendar
• Provides call transcripts and recordings
• Offers multilingual support (English, Spanish, Arabic, and more)
• Sends notifications via SMS and email

User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not use the service to make harassing, threatening, or fraudulent calls
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Inform callers when they are speaking with an AI assistant where required by law

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee plus any applicable taxes.

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided on a prorated basis for annual subscriptions cancelled within the first 30 days
• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable
• Overages for additional minutes are billed at the end of each billing cycle

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

• Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Annual subscriptions: You may request a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase
• After cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your paid period
• Call recordings and transcripts will be available for 30 days after cancellation

Intellectual Property

The service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Genuine Empire AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genuine Empire AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Missed calls or incorrect information provided by the AI
• Any damages arising from service interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The AI will accurately understand all callers
• All appointments will be scheduled without error
• The service will meet all of your requirements

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Genuine Empire AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service or any features within the service, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
